Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox studied flute, piano and harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for three years in the 1970s. Lennox was able to survive on a student's stipend working part-time in order to supplement her earnings. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents weren't as good as those of those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other routes she could choose. Lennox was a flute player with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. The band did not make it to the talent competition New Faces on I.T.V. She was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. That was also where she met Dave Stewart with whom she formed her pop group Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo debut album Diva. It came out in 1993. The album garnered a lot of praise both from critics and the public. Nostalgia Lennoxs six-album solo was released in the month of October 2014. is Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. is a selection of Lennoxs favorite blues and soul tracks from her early years. Lepidoptera, a collection four piano improvisations was published by Lennox in May of 2019. The E.P. Her first solo album, which was released in conjunction with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on 25 December. She is an activist, philanthropist as well as a singer. The Tourists were a new-wave band that achieved some popularity in the latter part of 1970s. In the following years, Lennox became a part of the band with the band with fellow singer-songwriter Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career in 1992 when she released the album of Diva, which featured a number of successful songs such as Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa the 1995 studio album features the cover versions of some popular songs like No MoreILove Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. She has six solo studio albums as well as a compilation album.
